
Michal Ilan, PhD
Michal is a postdoctoral fellow whose work explores the processes underlying child development in autistic children, with a particular interest in language. She is an experienced speech-language pathologist as well as an officially recognized ADOS trainer and the Vice President of Research and Clinical Affairs at the Azrieli National Centre for Autism and Neurodevelopment Research at Ben Gurion University. Michal completed her PhD under the supervision of Ilan Dinstein at Ben Gurion, where her research examined how educational setting and age of diagnosis influence changes in core autistic characteristics in young children.
